- Anything sent to external AI models is pseudonymised first.
- No plain-text sending to external models without consent: the platform administrator must enable the provider and the user must turn it on.
- An administrator's access to the content of an email requires a reason and is recorded in the audit log.
- The assistant works on metadata (deliveries, spam verdicts, DNS, settings) and reads the body of an email only when the user asks about that email.
